Step-by-Step Guide to Running CallProof Reports:

1. Log In to CallProof:

   Start by logging into your CallProof account. If you don’t have one yet, sign up on our website.

2. Navigate to the Accounts Section:

   Once you’re in, head over to the accounts section. This is where you’ll find all the information you need to track your communication history.

3. Select the ‘Last Contact’ Filter:

   Select the ‘Last Contact’ filter to change to ‘Not Last Contacted’, then select the timeframe to focus on. Our example shows ‘Not Last Contacted’ for the last 90 days. 

4. Select Search to Identify Follow Up Clients:

   Once the filter in step 3 is completed, simply select search. The results will show the companies that have not had activities in the specific timeframe. If you have the ability to export, you may do so using the link on screen. 

5. Review and Take Action:

   Review the list of accounts and prioritize your outreach. Start with those that haven’t been contacted in the longest time. A friendly call or email can go a long way in rekindling interest.
