Make sure that you have the correct field names in your form to match existing field names in your CallProof Database.
In Wufoo Go into the “notifications” for the Wufoo form and add a new “Webhook”. Then Enter a name for the WebHook Handshake Key
Under your CallProof account click the Wufoo link which is in the top left menu. https://app.callproof.com/wufoo/ Enter your form name and WebHook Handshake Key (that you entered in Wufoo) then select which Contact Type the entry should go under. Then Submit. You then will need to copy the URL and place under the WebHook URL in Wufoo and click Include Field and Form Structures and Entry Data and Submit
Press Submit
Don’t forget to press Update in CallProof and Save under Wufoo. And test away…
