Sales Rockstar (Hybrid – Nashville, TN) | CallProof

Do you love connecting with people, building relationships, and bringing energy to every conversation?
CallProof is looking for a charismatic, quick-thinking salesperson who’s ready to work the phones, visit local businesses, and help companies grow using our proven sales technology platform.

We already have a strong foundation of leads — now we need a motivated closer to make the most of them.

What You’ll Do

  • Call and connect with potential customers through a mix of cold calls, warm calls, and in-person B2B visits.
  • Access existing leads in our CallProof system and a database of 53+ million business contacts through our Places feature (included with your account).
  • Use your provided CallProof subscription, company email, and Slack account to manage outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Learn the ins and outs of our platform and explain its value clearly to business decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently, manage your pipeline with accountability, and close deals with integrity.
  • Work directly with leadership to refine scripts, improve your pitch, and level up your sales skills.

What You’ll Need

  • A computer capable of multitasking (e.g., streaming your phone screen while running Zoom and sharing your desktop).
  • A smartphone capable of running CallProof Plus and allowing screen mirroring onto your PC.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional work environment for remote calls and meetings.

  • Quick-witted and comfortable learning new technology.

  • Coachable and hungry to grow — you take feedback as fuel, not criticism.

  • Loyal, dependable, and honest — someone we can trust to represent the brand with integrity.

  • Naturally competitive but team-minded.

  • Clear, confident communicator (English proficiency required).

  • Based in Nashville, TN (preferred) or elsewhere in Tennessee near a major metro (Knoxville, etc.).

Compensation

This is a base + commission role, with earnings potential based on experience and drive. We’re looking for motivated, growth-oriented salespeople who want their performance to define their success.
